More Plaza, this is the Terrace Room, which opens up off of the Palm Court, and many weddings and celebrity events happened here. A Liz Taylor (in her chinchilla hat) and Richard Burton interview, and one with Marilyn Monroe during which her dress strap notoriously broke.

Just sitting here enjoying your photos, especiall the ones where there is a lovely sky or cloud-display to see. But I LOVE this one, how wonderful!! The golden tone of the whole photo, the way the lights shine on the walls. FANTASTIC!! Makes me wish I could go out in a lovely evening dress and dance away the hours with DH.
