That's a chunk of the High Line in the foreground, the massive renovation project that has spawned all the other construction in both Chelsea and the Meat-Packing District.

What an interesting imgage...! An incredible modern glass looking building next to what appears to be a 1950s ghost of things once popular! Talk about a dichotomy (is that spelled close?!)... goodness. But I like the contrast a lot.
