Twilight, or perhaps later. It's so nice that it gets dark after 8 these days. Eventually it will be after 9, and then alas, following our long hot hot hot summer, come winter it will at 4:30 again. Here in New York, surrounded by all the concrete and enormous buildings, it is so easy to forget this is a living planet. Maybe that's why I'm so taken with the Hudson, it reminds me, with its fluctuations, how alive it is.

As always, a great image. The interplay (fancy word! heh!) between the water and the glass towers is really nice.
ReplyDeleteI have looked at this image for quite some time and I like it more and more the more I look at it (and how many times can I use the word "more"?!). But you know what I mean...
At first I thought "oh, nice, yea..." and the more I looked at it, the more I saw. This is a very deceptive image. It is extremely good and has a lot of depth to it.
Very, very nice! You DO have a good eye, don't you?!
I did what I said I would do this afternoon. Nothing stopped me.
