This is one of the benches in the little park where I cross the West Side Highway at 23rd Street on my walks downtown. Nice to walk through but a haven for the homeless people who congregate there. They like to sleep on the benches because they aren't divided in half with armrests.

Looks inviting! You know there was a blog I came across once that was nothing but pictures of benches. It was quite interesting really. I am not sure if it is still around but every day the person would post a photo of a park bench, city bench, bus stop bench, etc.
