Several Ground Zero site cranes in front of the three World Financial Center buildings. Sometimes it's hard to grasp the size of this place, I believe it was sixteen acres, and what was where. Even for me, and I was there all the time, before and after 9/11. This was shot on Church Street just across from the site, the WFC is between it and the river.

    This is such a powerful image. I love the strong diagonal of the crane and the reflections in the windows give it such depth.
